Yoga

Yoga is a combination of physical movement and concentrated breathe. It is through this practice we bring harmony to the mind, body and spirit.  Classes are open to all experience levels.  Only $7 per class – drop in any time.  Feel free to contact the instructor with any questions.  Or, join the Facebook Group Yoga at Oneonta Taekwon-Do

Classes are Saturdays at 10am but check with the instructor for last minute changes!
