Oneonta Taekwon-do

Oneonta Taekwon-do will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday, Wednesday – Friday, 11/25 – 11/27. Classes will resume Saturday, 11/28/09.

If anyone has seen David Howard, please ask him when he is coming back to class.

Thank you for your interest in Taekwon-Do. When you sign up as a new student, you will begin with 2 private lessons from a 3rd Degree Blackbelt. In these sessions, you will learn the basic kicks, punches, and blocks before entering class.

In this video, we see Dylan and Jennifer testing together. During class, we practice with our classmates next to us. Maintaining concentration with someone performing a different pattern is challenging. With the pressure of a promotion test, the challenge is even greater.
