MMA – train like a UFC fighter
Build endurance, strength, and flexibility as you train in techniques taken from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Taekwon-Do, Judo, and Karate. Students will participate in challenging workouts consisting of conditioning, striking, grappling, take-downs, submission holds, and escapes.
Please note that this is a training class rather than competition class, yet sparring (with physical contact) will be a consistent part of the program. Adults and teens in good physical condition from beginning to advanced levels are welcome to join.

Tai-Chi classes with instructor Daniel Blacklock offer the key to increased flexibility, blood circulation, flexibility and mental clarity with zero-impact exercise.
Veteran dancer and instructor Caroline Huxtable leads classes in Tribal Fusion Belly Dance. Classes for women of all ages shapes and sizes. Come on and dance and feel great!
Yoga instructor Shannon Stockdale leads you on a journey of inner peace as you strengthen and tone your body. Connect with your breath and release stress in this beautiful class.
