Oneonta Taekwon-do classes follow a structured format consisting of warmup/stretch, followed by patterns practice, and then practice with partners for sparring, self-defense, or better technique.
Students are permitted to attend as many classes as they wish and 2-4 classes per week is recommended for proper progression.
Each class is designed based on the ability level and needs of the students in attendance to provide quality instruction, ample practice time, and incremental improvement.
All classes are open to the public. Students are encouraged to bring family or friends to observe. Prospective students are urged to come watch a class, meet the students, and get a feel for the curriculum.
